Jeff Loomis
Jeff Loomis was born on September 14, 1971, in Appleton, Wisconsin (USA), where the border with Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Michigan.
Despite what you might think, Jeff's first steps in music, performed with a drum kit and not with a guitar. Although later, the young Jeff, is bored with his instrument and try another, this time, if he can "hook" and that became his profession, the guitar.
Jeff himself said he received his first guitar around age 10, but did not practice seriously until the age of 15, he began to realize he wanted to be musically with his guitar.
